Located downtown in the Belz Museum of Asian & Judaic Art, the Dynasty Room is a unique setting for any event. Decorated with Chinese antique furnishings, the space is particularly well suited for receptions and parties or small corporate groups and lectures. The room is adjacent to the Belz Museum of Asian & Judaic Art which boasts a rare collection of exquisite Chinese art, collections of fossils and minerals, and contemporary Judaic Art. Guided tours of the museum are available and are a perfect accompaniment for any event.

Morning Meeting Rental (8am – 10am)
The Dynasty Room only, may be rented between the hours of 8am and 10 am, Wednesday thru Friday, for a flat fee of $250. Museum Tours can be purchased separately.
A maximum of 75 people is allowed during the morning. $150 Non-refundable Deposit required.
Workday Rental (10am – 5pm)
During daytime hours, Wednesday through Sunday, the Dynasty Room only, may be rented for a flat fee of $375. This includes access to the galleries and guided tours can be arranged.
A maximum of 75 people is allowed during the day. $150 Non-refundable Deposit required.
Full Day Rental (8am – 5pm)
During full day hours, Wednesday through Friday, the Dynasty Room only, may be rented for a flat fee of $400. This includes access to the galleries after 10am and guided tours can be arranged.
A maximum of 75 people is allowed during the full day. Set-up between 5 – 9pm the evening before. $150 Non-refundable Deposit required.
Evening Rental (5pm – 10pm)
During the evening hours, Wednesday through Sunday, the Dynasty Room, Lobby, and Entry Hall may be rented for a flat fee of $750. This includes access to the galleries and guided tours can be arranged. Setup for an evening event must be coordinated with staff. The Host of the event will be charged a security fee of $60.00 for every additional ½ hour the space is not cleared after 10 pm.
A maximum of 400 people is allowed during the evening. Set-up after 830am the day of. $250 Non-refundable Deposit required.
Catering Options
The Belz Museum does not offer catering services; however, we do approve several caterers. A professional caterer is required for any event at the museum that involves food and beverages. All caterers must be licensed by the state of Tennessee and a copy of their license must be submitted to the museum no less than one week prior to the event. No alcohol is allowed on the premises unless a caterer or licensed bartender, with a valid ABC license provided by the State of Tennessee TABC, is present to serve.
