Where should I park?
There are several parking lots, metered parking, and garages that vary in price, located between Peabody Place and Main Street, as well as Gayoso Avenue and South Fourth Street, that are within minutes of the museum. Every parking option is monitored by security and the Blue Suede Brigade.
Are baby strollers permitted?
Yes! When bringing the kiddies, we do ask that you keep your eye on them. We have very sharp, heavy pieces throughout the museum, and we wouldn’t want them to get hurt.
Is the museum wheelchair accessible?
Yes! Two elevators are located on the first floor near the security desk that will bring you to the Concourse Level.
Does the museum offer tours for visitors with visual or hearing impairments?
We are currently working on updating our ADA-compliant tours so individuals with visual and/or hearing impairments can enjoy the museum as well.
Does the museum offer tours in languages other than English?
We do not at this time.
